Sessions for individuals are tailored to your specific needs. Starting with a conversation to explore what you require will give the framework for 8 sessions. Over these sessions you’ll be introduced to meditation practices and discuss your experience of applying them in your daily life. Being heard and having a space to speak without judgement is a powerful way to explore your inner world and find new ways of relating to yourself.

Session for couples provide a space to explore and discuss issues arising in the relationship. These can include intimacy issues. These are not therapy sessions but they offer a space to speak openly and honestly and to find new ways to connect with your own experience and to hear your partner. Each week there will be suggestions to explore together around how to build open and honest communication, engage with intimacy and use meditation to connect more deeply to yourself.
