  • I run two mindfulness drop in classes on Mondays, a 6.15 – 7.15 session open to anyone and a 7.30-9.30 mindfulness group for gay and bi men.
  • I am available for private tuition.

  • 8 week MBCT courses taught in the Spring and Autumn

Meeting together with others to meditate is a powerful way of deepening your experience of the practice.  It also provides an opportunity to talk with others and share your experience, learning form what others have to say and share about their experience.
