As companies turn attention to the mental health and well being of their people this course, which was designed to prevent relapse into depression and to bring awareness to self-sabotaging inner talk, offers a way of building resilience and self-care.

By the end of the course participants will have a much clearer understanding of their own unhelpful automatic patterns of behaviour, how to create new supportive habits and be able to address negative self-talk in a way that gives greater clarity and opportunity to take creative action.
