Time to refresh in the middle of a busy day. The one hour mindfulness sessions are held every week at a time in the day that is convenient for participants and offer the opportunity to step out of the busyness of the day and connect with a sense of deep rest. People often comment by the end of the session that they feel as if they have had a long sleep and feel refreshed for the rest of the day ahead.
